Not everyone can call themselves an expert in the estate planning field, but North Carolina attorney Thomas J. Neagle has established himself as just that. Thomas helps people plan for the future, whether it’s handling assets through estate planning or setting up a succession plan for a business.

Thomas is a board-certified estate planning and probate law attorney. Not everybody receives board certification. He applies himself to continually educating himself and passing it directly on to his clients so they understand their options.

Thomas graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1976 with an undergraduate degree in economics, and graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina Central School of Law.

He also earned a Master of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Computer Science.

Thomas is registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to North Carolina State Courts, Thomas is admitted to practice in both the Middle and Eastern District Federal Courts.
