First and foremost, the Neagle Law Firm will provide high quality
professional legal services at a reasonable and competitive

Fees will be discussed at the initial discussion and will be
based on the services and deliverables provided to you, which in
turn will be based upon your estate planning needs and desires at
the time. Unfortunately, there is no single solution for everybody,
even for people with similar assets. For example, one person may be
adamant about avoiding probate, while another indifferent. Simple
wills will be the least expensive, however, this firm also offers
trusts and other options at a reasonable price.
All plans are involve three basic steps: (i) an initial
consultation, (ii) intermediate communication(s), and (iii)delivery
of the legal instruments to the client. However, in order to
accommodate our clients, this firm offers three different
consultation options.
1. Option 1 includes:
a) in-office initial consultation,
b) intermediate communication typically phone, fax, internet,
or in-office; and
c) in-office deliverables (this firm oversees the execution of
the documents).
2. Option 2 includes:
a) phone, fax or email initial consultation,
b) intermediate communication typically via phone, fax,
internet, and
c) office deliverables (this firm oversees the execution of the
documents).
3. Option 3 includes:
a) personal initial consultation
b) intermediate communication typically via phone, fax,
internet, and
c) mail or email delivery of documents (this option is not
recommended because most errors occur during execution of the
documents).
Also, this firm will make housecalls on request.
Due to concerns related to ethics and providing quality service,
this firm can not offer estate planning services without at least
one personal consultation with the client.
The legal fees will be based on your chosen
option and the required legal documents. While this firm does not guarantee its fees will be
the lowest, our fees will be fair, competitive and reasonable.
And, more importantly, you will be provided with personalized legal services and
support based upon high standards of integrity and
professionalism in a courteous
manner.
